The artist Monica Ritterband has always been interested in musical notation, and she has been drawing and elaborating on notes and treble clefs with human characteristics for many years.
This fascination has expressed itself in a whole family of notes, who have become a distinctive element in Monica Ritterbands artistic universe. Now the little crotchets and quavers decorate Royal Copenhagen porcelain too.

Microwave and dishwasher safe. The Musica service was launched in 2003 designed by the artist Monica Ritterband, who took her motifs from her fascination with musical notation. The Dancing Note is enchanting on a dance floor and is always greatly admired.
